Welcome to Summer with us, Team Summit would like to wish all of our Residents and Prospective Residents a happy and healthy Summer 2010!!

With Summer comes new and exciting information!! This January we introduced a new Rent Payment service for our Residents brought to us by Property Solutions. This service is available through our website at www.thesummitatsunridge.com just follow the Resident page to the "Pay Rent Online" button and you will be directed to the site. If you are a first time user you will need to "Enroll" and build your profile. This service offers E-Check payments for as low as $1.95. Visa, Master Card and Discover are all accepted with a 2.95% of the monthly payment. You can choose to set up reoccurring monthly payments or use the service at your convenience.

Don't forget to stop by the office for our Resident Events and to sign your Renewal Agreement this month.

Friendly Reminders:

>Our Rent Night Drop remains closed, please plan accordingly or use our website to make your Monthly Rent Payments to avoid Late Fees.

>Please remember to pick up after your pets and keep them leashed at all times.

>Don't forget to change out A/C filters monthly, we have filters available as a courtesy in the office or we can write up a work order for you any time.

>Warmer weather is just around the corner, please be sure to dispose of your trash in the proper receptacles immediately to avoid pests and any odor.

Pool & Spa Amenity Areas

 Please note the hours of operation for the Pool & Spa Amenity areas are from 7am—11pm year round. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 Please obey by The Community Policies for the Pool and Spa

  ~Radios, stereos, musical instruments, running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct  or noise that could be disturbing to other residents is prohibited in the pool area.

~Any persons deemed to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages by Management of Management’s representatives may be excluded from the pool area.

~Appropriate swimwear must be worn. No cutoffs or street clothes permitted in the pool area.

~No persons under 14 years of age are allowed in the therapy pool, due to potential health risks.

~All persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. (No more than 3 persons under the age of 14 per one adult supervising).

~Babies must wear training pants/elastic pants. NO DIAPERS.

~NO glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area.

~Guests are not permitted unless accompanied by the resident (maximum of 2 guests).

~In the interest of safety, no inflatable toys are allowed.

~Life saving equipment has been provided at each pool location. Tampering or playing with this safety equipment is prohibited.

~NO diving.
